I know that having a positive thinking and attitude will help us start our day better or most of the time makes our saddest emotion better, for me reading short lines like this can also cheer me up and give me a positive view of life.
But of course reading books, and specially reading the scriptures of God which is the Bible ,are some of the most effective way to have a positive view of life.
